Our Values

Open-Accord is built on principles of truth, respect, and beneficial contribution. These guidelines ensure our community remains a space for meaningful discourse, not engagement-driven noise.

"Speak good or remain silent." — This principle guides our community standards.

  • Harassment & Bullying: Targeted attacks, threats, or intimidation
  • Violence: Threats, glorification of violence, or graphic content
  • Self-Harm: Content promoting or glorifying self-harm or suicide

  • AI-assisted content is allowed if disclosed and substantially edited

Low-Quality Content

  • Spam: Repetitive, irrelevant, or promotional content
  • Engagement Bait: "Like if you agree" or empty polls for engagement
  • Duplicate Content: Reposting others' content without attribution
  • Off-Topic: Content irrelevant to the channel or discussion

Illegal Content

  • Copyright Infringement: Sharing copyrighted material without permission
  • Illegal Activities: Promoting or facilitating illegal actions
  • Terrorism: Content supporting terrorist organizations or activities

🏷️ Community Quality Tags

Our community helps maintain quality through a tagging system. Users can tag posts as:

  • Low Value: Minimal substance, no insight
  • Clickbait: Sensationalized, misleading hooks
  • Exaggeration: Overstated claims, hyperbole
  • Duplicate/Copied: Repost, plagiarized content
  • Unverified Claims: No sources, speculation as fact
  • Engagement Bait: Asking for likes/shares
  • Off-Topic: Irrelevant to channel/discussion

Posts with many quality tags may have reduced visibility. This is not censorship—the content remains accessible but is deprioritized in feeds.
